2026 – 2027 Tuition & Registration Information

Registration fees are due and payable at the time of
enrollment to hold a place for your child in the class.

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE
Paid by 2/08/2026: $300.00 per child
After 2/08/2026: $350.00 per child
After 5/31/2026: $400.00 per child

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE: $350.00 per child; After 5/31/26 $400.00 per child

800 Club – Every family is required to purchase or sell 20 tickets @ $20 per ticket. Any unsold tickets will be automatically charged to your FACTS account. The due date of ticket sales is TBD.

* To be considered for the Active Catholic Rate, a church subsidy form
must be submitted to your home parish office to be signed by the pastor. 
All forms must be returned to the school before May 1, 2026. 


Breakfast/Lunch Fees:

All students will pay full amount if they choose to eat in the cafeteria.
Breakfast: $3.00
Lunch: $4.00 (Student)
Lunch: $5.00 (Adult)


After Care Fee

Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30 PM (Homework, Snack, Play time) 
Monthly Rate: 1 Child $200; 2 Children: $275; 3 Children: $350
Drop-In Rate: $15/Day

 Tuition payments require enrollment in the FACTS Management Tuition Payment Plan.

Tuition for the 2026 – 2027 school year is displayed in the tuition chart. The returning student registration fee is required to hold your child’s place in the class. Tuition may be paid as a one-time payment, semi-annually, or in 10 monthly payments. 

NOTE: HTCS utilizes the FACTS Tuition Management System to manage all tuition and fees for all enrolled students. All families, including those paying in full, are required to have a FACTS account.

Are payment plans available?

When registering your child/children, you may select a one-time payment plan, a semi-annual option, or a 10-month payment plan –  including the date of the payment draw. Both plans require a FACTS-assessed enrollment fee.

Late fees will automatically apply for late payments. All charges, including tuition, lunch, and incidentals, will be processed through the FACTS account; no cash will be accepted. 


What does my tuition payment cover? Are there additional fees?

  • There is a $200 volunteer fee if families choose to opt out of volunteering for one school event during the school year.
  • FACTS collects an enrollment fee based on your selected payment plan.
  • Tuition does not cover lunch, uniforms, or student supplies for PreK 4 through 6th grade. PreK 1 through PreK 3, snacks and lunch are included in tuition due to Health Department regulations. 
  • Throughout the year, there are various fees billed through student FACTS accounts under “incidentals,” including, but not limited to:
    • Class T-Shirt, Used Uniforms/Clothes Closet Purchase
    • Field trips, School Transportation/SSC Bus Rider
    • 800 Club Raffle
    • Lunch/Breakfast
    • Aftercare 
    • CYO Sports
    • Yearbook
